Terms and Conditions

General Terms and Conditions for Ballet Classes Enrollment

All ballet classes will be conducted in English. This ensures clear and professional communication during the lessons, as the teacher is currently studying at a B2 level of German.

Any questions or concerns in German will be addressed proficiently, ensuring clear and effective communication to support all families when needed.

This approach guarantees a high-quality learning environment while the teacher continues to improve her German skills. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Registration will be confirmed upon receipt of the completed registration form and payment for the classes. Places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payments are to be made per semester. However, if needed, a monthly payment plan can be arranged upon request during registration. Students will not be allowed to attend classes without prior payment.

If the minimum number of 4 students per group is not reached, parents/guardians will be informed, and a full refund will be provided.

The groups are organized by age:

  • Pre-Ballet: Girls/boys aged 4-6 years
  • Elementary: Girls/boys aged 6-8 years
  • Grade 1-3 Ballet Girls/boys aged 8-10 years

Cancellations must be made in writing (email) before the start of the term or school year for a full refund.

Once the term or course has started, no refunds will be issued, except for medical reasons with a valid medical certificate. In this case, a proportional refund for missed classes will be given.

In the event of force majeure (such as pandemics, government restrictions, or related issues), any classes that cannot take place in person will be offered online.

Regular attendance is expected. Occasional absences will not be compensated with extra classes or refunds.

Punctuality is important for the smooth running of the classes. Students are requested to arrive 5-10 minutes before the class starts.

Students are expected to show respect towards teachers and fellow students at all times. Inappropriate behavior may result in temporary or permanent suspension from classes, with no refund.

Each student must have their own health and accident insurance. The academy is not responsible for accidents occurring during classes. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure the student is adequately insured.

The academy is not liable for lost or damaged personal belongings brought to the classes.

Photos and videos may be taken during classes, performances, or events for promotional use on the academy’s social media, website, or printed materials. However, if the photos or videos clearly show a child’s face or other identifiable features, parental consent will be requested before using such media.

If you do not wish for your child to appear in any promotional material, please indicate this on the registration form.

It is mandatory to inform the academy of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs the student may have. Failure to provide this information may release the academy from liability in case of incidents.

The academy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Any changes will be communicated to parents/guardians at least 30 days in advance.
