Early Dance Training
I started my ballet training at the age of three, a passion that has led me to study dance in various cities such as Ponferrada, León, Madrid, and Dublin. I have completed up to Level 8 of the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD), which has provided me with a strong technical and artistic foundation. I am currently taking a Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) course, which focuses on improving strength, control, and alignment through specific exercises. This method is key to perfecting ballet technique, preventing injuries, and increasing stability and endurance, allowing dancers to enhance their performance and reach their full technical potential.
Performance Highlights
Throughout my career, I’ve had the honor of
being part of the Inquedanza company, where we’ve
performed works such as Avemundi Luminar, Yo Soy, and Las Aureanas across Spain and Portugal, receiving an enthusiastic response from audiences. One of the highlights was winning the Audience Award at Teatro La Vaguada in Madrid.

A Passion for Ballet
and Teaching
Although I also trained in journalism, my true calling has always been ballet. I’ve had the privilege of balancing both careers, working as a ballet teacher for children and sharing my passion for dance, which has always been the central focus of my professional and artistic life.

Here I am, performing a choreography with the Inquedanza company in Spain—a special moment that reflects my love for dance and my journey in this art.
